For products like ZENFLOW HR, you remain the data controller of employee information. We act as a data processor and handle your data per our Privacy Policy.

ZENFLOW, our software, our brand, and our website content are owned by ZENFLOW PVT. LTD. and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our IP to you.

We work hard to keep our services running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may need to perform maintenance, update features, or take services offline temporarily. We'll provide reasonable notice when possible.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ZENFLOW is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using our services anytime. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees. On termination, you may export your data within a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
